Lace Replacement Service

This service is to change/upgrade the lace on your existing wig. In order to book this service, you must:

1. Be an SITB customer
2. Purchase a lace closure or frontal and bundles from our website (if needed)
3. Provide your order number at checkout

This service includes the following:

1. Take out your old lace
2. Replace it with a new lace
3. The new lace size must be the same as the old one

Processing time for this service is between 20 to 25 business days depending on volume of orders.
