Returns are evaluated on a case by case basis by first reaching out to our wholesale custom service and are subject to our return policy. Please allow 24hrs to 48hrs if you have any questions regarding your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Exchanges are accepted on all unused products. We do not accept exchanges on used products if they have been altered by third parties.

Due to the custom nature of our products, our processing time are only an approximate timeframe of when your products will be shipped. Under certain conditions, the processing time indicated on each product may vary.
All our orders usually ships with UPS for USA and Canada and, DHL for international shipping. Shipping times for all orders within the US and Canada depends on the shipping speed selected at checkout. Shipping speed for international orders varies from 3 to 7 business days depending on the countries.
Please keep in mind that shipping time and processing time are NOT the same. To have an idea of when you will receive your item, add processing time and shipping time. SHEISTHEBEAUTY is NOT responsible for third parties delays.

If shipping and billing address are different, Sheisthebeauty will ask the customer to provide additional information to confirm identity. A copy of the customer holding ID and ccd used to make purchase.
Duties and Customs Fees
For all international orders, Sheisthebeauty does not include duties or custom fees in shipping fees. Therefore, depending on the destination country, duties and customs will be levied by the destination country. Sheisthebeauty is not
responsible for duties and Customs fees levied by other countries. By purchasing on our website, you agree that any duties and fees levied will be paid by you.

Route Packaging Protection Policy
Route is a third party insurance policy company added to Sheisthebeauty website to give customers the option to protect their packages during transit. The decision to choose Route to insure packages is solely the responsibility of the customer. Sheisthebeauty is therefore not responsible for claims in connection with packages lost, stolen or damaged. Please refer to section “Shipping Issues' within this policy to get familiar with Sheisthebeauty shipping policies. It is important that you verify your order as soon as you receive and let us know of any issues within 3 business days (7 business days for package value over $10,000) of receiving your shipment to be eligible for refunds. We do not provide refund on items used or altered by third parties. Refunds are accepted if we made an error or an item is defective.
Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org to request a refund with a details explanation of the issue. When accepted, the team will send out an email with information required to send back the item. Refunds shipping and handling are paid by the wholesaler.
Refund Restock Fee
Please note that there is a 10% restock fee levied on all refunds when approved. If you pay with a BUY NOW PAY LATER PAYMENT OPTION, the restock fee is 15% (instead of 10%) for all wholesalers.
